Software in a different shape.
A shape that molds fast and hardens even faster.

Arcmill Studio is an AI-native application studio. We've combined three decades of enterprise systems experience with a disciplined pipeline of AI models to design, build, and operate premium production software for the industries we know firsthand.

The Studio

A different shape of software company.

Most software companies scale by adding people. Arcmill scales by adding leverage.

Every Arcmill application starts the same way: requirements shaped by an architect who has spent 30+ years turning business needs into working enterprise systems — then built, reviewed, and hardened through a structured pipeline of AI development tools, each with a defined role. Specification and architecture in one surface. Generation and iteration in another. Independent code review, drift detection, and scale re-architecture in a third. The output is versioned, documented, deployable software on a modern, boring, proven stack.

This isn't AI as a gimmick bolted onto a dev shop. It's a repeatable production method — one that ships applications with the documentation, schema discipline, and operational posture that enterprise buyers expect, at a pace and cost structure that traditional teams can't match.

We build for domains we actually know: the automotive aftermarket, manufacturing and distribution, ecommerce, field operations, and event management. Domain fluency is the half of software that AI doesn't supply. We bring it. Then move.

The Projects

Deeply considered, milled with precision.

01In market

Manifold

Universal Product Information Management for the automotive aftermarket — and beyond.

Multi-standard by design: PIES, ACES, and PCDB-aligned, built for suppliers who answer to their customers' data standards. Manifold treats product data as a first-class asset, not a spreadsheet — one system of record, many channels out.

What it is

A PIM platform engineered around the real-world data standards the automotive aftermarket runs on, extensible to any regulated or standards-driven category.

Who it's for

Suppliers and distributors whose customers dictate the data format, and who currently reconcile that format across spreadsheets, ERPs, and portals.

02In development

Eventriciti

Event management for both sides of the industry.

Corporate invitations, RSVP flows, and check-in on one side; fan activation, gamification, and photo experiences on the other. Multi-tenant from the ground up, so an agency, a brand, and an operator can share the same platform without stepping on each other.

03Platform

Radapp

Rapid application development with serious data governance built in.

A micro-app framework with advanced RLS propagation and inheritance characteristics, plus a zero-friction administration surface. Radapp is the internal fabric that lets Arcmill ship production applications with the security posture of enterprise systems and the pace of a modern studio.

The Founder

Giancarlo James

Lead Architect & Operator

PORTRAIT — DROP FOUNDER PHOTO

Giancarlo James has been building enterprise systems since 1993, when he started as a line operator on the floor of a family-owned manufacturing enterprise — hands on the industrial automation that ran the plant. Over three decades inside that same company he built its back office from the ground up: a homegrown business intelligence suite, a business-to-business ordering portal, EDI, wireless inventory, three major ERP implementations, and ultimately — as its chief technology officer — the migration of physical datacenters into a hardened dual-cloud architecture.

That career taught him the actual bottleneck in enterprise software: never typing speed — the translation from business reality to working system. AI models collapse that translation when they're directed by someone who has done it for thirty years. Arcmill Studio is the result: a one-architect studio with the output profile of a development team, and a standing platform — internally called X-Frame — that gives every application the same backbone for identity, data, hosting, and delivery.

Things are moving fast. That's the point.

Joely Marie

Brand & Business Development Lead

PORTRAIT — DROP JOELY PHOTO

Joely comes to Arcmill Studio from the world of public relations and social media, where she spent years building brand voice and managing more than 28 client social presences on her own. That agency experience shaped how she works: she listens closely, finds what makes a brand distinct, and keeps every message consistent and true to it. At Arcmill, she brings that instinct for storytelling and visual style to the apps we build and the way we present them.

As Brand & Business Development Lead, Joely is the first point of contact for new partners and clients, and the face of Arcmill in the room. She guides prospective clients from first conversation through project kickoff, connecting their goals to what we can build, and stays closely involved as projects take shape on the X-Frame platform. She also leads Arcmill's brand and marketing, so what we promise and what we deliver always match. She won't let a project leave the studio until it feels unmistakably like your brand.

Work with Arcmill

Engagements shaped for real production work.

Arcmill takes on a small number of engagements at a time. Every project ships on the X-Frame backbone, which means identity, data governance, hosting, and delivery arrive on day one — not as a later re-platforming project.

Typical engagements: an industry operator who needs a purpose-built system that no off-the-shelf vendor sells; a supplier whose data standards outgrew their spreadsheets; a team who wants to move at studio pace without inheriting a decade of technical debt.
